Description
Skill Level: Intermediate | Instructor: Erin Baginski
With the warmer weather coming our way, it's time to start updating your Spring wardrobe! Join our garment instructor Erin for a 2-weekend garment series where we'll make the Dani Pants by True Bias.
The Dani pattern is a partially elastic-waist pant (or shorts) with inseam pockets and rear pockets, a small paper bag waist, and a cuff. In this class, we will be making View B which are pants that hit at the ankle with an approximate 27-1/2" inseam, featuring a zip fly and two buttons at the waist.
During class, students will learn tons of garment making skills, including how to sew in a zipper, make buttonholes, and attach buttons. This 2-weekend class is suitable for advanced beginner to intermediate students. Students who have graduated from our Garment 101 course are encouraged to give this project a go! Students must know how to confidently thread + operate a sewing machine independently.
