Skill Level: Intermediate

This is an ESSENTIAL summer garment!  Dress to impress this summer by making your very own jumpsuit!

The Darla Jumpsuit by True Bias is a self-lined, fitted bodice jumpsuit featuring spaghetti straps, a gathered waistline, and inseam pockets. The pattern offers four views; in class we'll be making View C in the maxi length. For a flowy look, choose lightweight woven fabric such as cotton lawn, rayon or linen fabrics.

Class will start off with a Friday evening cutting session, followed by two Saturday classes for construction. Students are required to attend all classes of the session.

During this series, students will learn tons of garment making skills, including sewing a fitted, lined bodice, making straps, and sewing an invisible zipper, gathering, hemming, and more. This class is suitable for graduates of our Garment 101 class or for students who have an equivalent experience level.
