In this class, students will take a deep dive into everything your computerized Janome Skyline machine has to offer!  We'll talk about the features and abilities of the following Skyline machines:

• Skyline S6, Skyline S7, and Skyline S9

This class is great for students who have recently purchased one of the above machines and wants to get the most out of it.  Attending students will also get a special one-day discount on Janome presser feet and accessories!

Also, please note that this is NOT a learn to sew class.  If you have never sewn before, we highly recommend you take our Sewing 101 class before taking this class.

Students will learn the following:

• What presser feet and accessories come with your machine and what it's all for
• Proper methods for making a bobbin and threading the machine
• Complete explanation of all buttons and the control panel
• What all the different stitch types do
• How to perform basic maintenance at home
• Troubleshooting common problems encountered when sewing

• A spool of thread and an empty bobbin
