Description
Intimidated by quilts with curved seams? Need expert guidance to get started? This is your class!
In this 3-week course, you'll learn how to piece two types of curves - a gentle arc and a full circle. We'll be using the Roundabout Quilt pattern by Everyday Stitches, but please note we will NOT be making the full quilt in this class. We'll systematically make the block that is repeated throughout the pattern, so that once the course is complete you have the knowledge and skills to make a complete Roundabout Quilt, OR tackle another curved pattern on your own!
Students will learn many new quilty skills, including how to piece circles and gentle arcs, how to press properly to get those perfect points, and how to use the 'Everyday Curve Template' set by Everyday Stitches.
This class is suitable for intermediate level quilters who have completed our Quilting 101 or Quilting 201 class or have an equivalent experience level and understanding of how to quilt. Students must be comfortable using a rotary cutter.
