Join our super talented instructor, Erin, for a seam masterclass! Finishing seams is key to making your handmade projects look professional and stand up over time. In this class, we will take a deep dive into seam finishing, giving you the confident and techniques to finish a wide variety of garments.

Seam finishes taught in this class will include:

• Hong Kong
• Flat felled
• French seams
• Turn and Stitch
• Mock flat felled
• Biased bound

Erin will talk you through each technique and then you will be given the chance to have a go yourself! Once you learn the basics of seams, your handmade garments will look just as fabulous on the inside as the outside!

This class is suitable for confident beginner sewists who have prior garment making experience - great for our Garment 101 grads! Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.
