Description
Skill Level: Confident Beginner
Skip the store-bought tablecloth and whip one up yourself using a serger! With just a few yards of fabric and our trusty Janome MyLock 545D overlock machine, you will create a beautiful, patchwork tablecloth with completely finished seams that won't fray and is machine washable.
During this 4-hour class, students will learn how to convert the machine to a rolled hem stitch to easily and quickly finish the raw edges of the tablecloth.
The finished tablecloth measures approximately 73" x 73" and fits round tables up to 60" in diameter or small square/rectangular tables. This class is open to all level of students who have prior sewing experience. Prior serger experience is not required, but highly helpful!
