Class Dates: Thursdays, January 7, 14, 21 + 28 - 6:30pm-9pm
The Compass Bag by Noodlehead is a casual, adjustable crossbody bag. With it's two slip-style exterior pockets, interior slip pocket and interior zippered pocket, there's a place for everything . The exterior slip pockets (View A) or cargo pockets (View B) are large enough to store your cellphone and small wallet, while the interior pockets are great for your car keys, credit cards, or cash.
During this class, students will gain tons of bag making skills, including making fabric strapping, making slip pockets and zipper pockets, topstitching, and installing optional rivets. The pattern features two views - Small and Large - in class we'll be making the large version.
This class is suitable for intermediate level students who have prior bag making experience. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.
