Looking for a quick and easy sewing project? Join us to make this perfect throw blanket with flannel on one side and Minky fabric on the other.  It's both comfy AND cute, and is the perfect gift for any loved one in your life!

In this 2.5-hour class, students can make either the small or large throw blanket using flannel and Minky fabrics. This class is suitable for beginner level students who can independently thread and operate a sewing machine.  Graduates of our Sewing 101 class are encouraged to register!

Finished Dimensions of throw:

• Small Throw: 42" x 50"
• Large Throw: 56" x 56"
  

Required Materials:

• (1) Pattern: Cozy Winter Throw Blanket by Studio M Squared - provided in class!
• (1) spool of coordinating thread

Fabric Requirements for Small Throw (42" x 50"):

• 1-1/2 yards of 44" wide flannel
• 1-1/4 yards of 60" wide Fireside Minky

Fabric Requirements for Large Throw (56" x 56"):

• 1-2/3 yards of 59" wide flannel
• 1-2/3 yards of 60" wide Fireside Minky

Required Tools:

• fabric scissors or rotary cutter + acrylic ruler

• chalk and/or frixion marker
