Skill Level: Intermediate
Class Dates: Tuesdays, June 16, 23 + 30 - 6pm-8:30pm
Celebrate America's semi-quincentennial year by making a vibrant, patriotic flag bag just in time for Fourth of July! Both functional and festive, this tote bag features a quilted flag on each side, side exterior pockets, interior lining, and fabric handles. Students will have the option of adding an interior slip pocket as well. By the end of class, you will walk away with a custom red, white, and blue accessory to show off all summer long!
In this 3-week class, students will get both quilting and bag-making experience. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine and should have prior bag making and quilting experience.
