The French Twist Pouch by Sew Lux is an adorable accessory bag that's perfect for storing small items like notions, makeup and more.  The pouch is charm-pack friendly and is a great project for practicing your patchwork skills. The boxed bottom is made with cork fabric, which gives the pouch extra sturdiness.

During this class, students will practice their patchwork, quilting, zipper installing skills. This class is suitable for intermediate level students who have prior bag making experience.  Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.

Finished Bag Dimensions: 7" H x 11" W

Required Materials:

• (1) Pattern: French Twist Pouch by Sew Lux
• (1) 5" charm pack 
• (1) fat quarter for bag lining
• (1) 7" x 12" piece of cork fabric or vinyl 
• (1) 13" x 18" piece of Soft & Stable
• (1) 12" zipper
• (1) spool of thread

Recommended Fabrics:

• For the exterior and lining fabric, we recommend using quilting cotton
• For the bottom exterior fabric, we recommend using cork or vinyl

Required Tools:

• fabric scissors or rotary cutter + acrylic ruler
