Learn how to make these simple but super cute tea towels that are great for adding a touch of handmade class to your kitchen... they also make a great hostess or house-warming gift!
This class is suitable for beginner sewists who have taken our Sewing 101 class or have equivalent basic sewing machine experience. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.
Important Notes:
- All materials must be purchased in our shop to ensure you have the correct materials. Our staff is happy to assist you!
Required Materials:
- (1) Pattern: Fringed Tea Towel by Studio M Squared
- (1) Project Kit: Fringed Tea Towels
- (1) spool of coordinating thread
Alternatively, if you do not wish to purchase a Project Kit, you will need:
- (1) Pattern: Fringed Tea Towel by Studio M Squared
- 5/8 yards for main fabric - you will have enough left over for a second towel if desired
- 1/4 yard for accent fabric - or 1 fat quarter works great!
Recommended Fabric:
- Main fabric – quilting cotton, linen/linen blends
