You've just taken Sewing 101 and are looking for your next project - we have the answer for you! Come make this "tote-ally easy" tote bag designed by our in-house brand, Studio M Squared.

The Market Tote is a fully lined tote bag dressed up with an accent fabric at the bottom and uses cotton webbing for straps. Fusible interfacing gives the bags some structure and sturdiness, but they're still lightweight enough to fold up and store!

This class reinforces the steps and techniques learned in Sewing 101. Students will learn new techniques to expand their sewing abilities, while making something both practical and beautiful. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.

Finished Bag Dimensions: 16" wide at top x 13-1/2" wide at bottom x 12-1/2" tall x 2-1/2" deep

Required Materials:

• (1) Pattern: Tote-ally Easy by Studio M Squared
• (1) Project Kit: Tote-ally Easy Market Tote Kit
• (1) spool of coordinating thread

Alternatively, if you do not wish to purchase a kit, you will need:

• (1) Pattern: Tote-ally Easy by Studio M Squared
• 1/3 yard of exterior fabric
• 1/4 yard of accent fabric
• 1/2 yard of lining fabric
• 1-3/4 yards of Pellon SF101
• 1-1/2 yards of 1-1/2" wide webbing
• (1) spool of coordinating thread

Recommended Fabrics:

• We recommend using quilting cotton or canvas for the exterior and quilting cotton for the lining.
