Learn how to make this super cute ruffle zipper pouch, created by our very own talented sewing instructor, Erin!
During this 2.5-hour class, students will learn how to insert a zipper and create a beautiful ruffle edge to your pouch. Once you learn how to make one, you'll be inspired to make more for your friends and family! This pouch is perfect for storing smaller items such as your phone and keys when traveling or your favorite sewing tools and notions.
This class is suitable for beginner students who have completed our Sewing 101 class or have an equivalent experience level. Students must be able to confidently thread and operate a sewing machine independently.
Required Materials:
- (1) Instructional Handout: Ruffle Zipper Pouch - provided to you in class!
- 1/3 yard for exterior fabric
- 1/4 yard for lining fabric
- 5/8 yard of Pellon SF101
- (1) 9" zipper
- (1) spool of coordinating thread
