This is one of William Morris’ best known designs and was inspired by the thrushes which often stole the strawberries in the kitchen garden of his countryside home, Kelmscott Manor, located in Oxfordshire. It looks fabulous when stitched in the high luster Six-Strand Embroidery Floss that is included in the kit.
